CARA SELESAIKAN MASALAH HUTANG KERETA

SEKIRANYA ANDA TIDAK MAMPU MENERUSKAN MEMBAYAR HUTANG KENDERAAN ANDA, JANGAN SESEKALI ANDA :-


- Serah kpd pihak ke-3 (Skim Sambung Bayar)
- Sembunyikan drpd pihak bank elak ditarik.
- Jual spare part atau sebagainya..

Ini kerana anda akan di blacklisted, ccriss, dan dikenakan pelbagai denda & caj upah tarik kereta, upah simpan stor dll.

Oleh itu, anda disarankan pergi ke bank terbabit dan serahkan kunci & kereta anda.

Bank akan simpan kenderaan anda dan memberi tempoh 21 hari drpd tarikh anda serah kpd bank untuk dituntut semula.
Sekiranya anda tidak menebus balik dlm masa 21 hari drp tarikh serah, bank berhak melelong kenderaan anda, hasil lelong td akan di tolak baki hutang dengan bank dan bakinya adalah milik anda,sekiranya masih ada.



BANK TIDAK BOLEH TARIK KENDERAAN ANDA SEKIRANYA :-

1- Finance dh melebihi 75% kecuali ada surat mahkamah

2- kenderaan anda berada di kawasan kediaman berpagar.

3- pada hari cuti umum

4- selepas jam 9 malam.

-Ejen penarik kereta mestilah mempunyai Kad Autoriti (EPS) Ejen Perolehan Semula drp KPDNKK.

- Sekiranya si penarik kereta datang lebih daripada seorang, Mereka semua mestilah mempunyai kad EPS. Sekiranya salah seorang daripada mereka gagal menunjukkan kad tersebut, anda berhak membuat laporan polis kerana membawa gangster dll.

Sekiranya berlaku juga seperti yg di atas, anda berhak membuat laporan polis kerana telah menyalahi akta pengguna.
